I sweat heaps while UTD. I found that in bed all natural fibres help. Any linen with a mild non-natural fibre blend whatsoever seemed to increase it. We even got a wool doona and it's helped heaps. Even tryng to get waxed the other week was horrid because the table was making me so clammy. I had to stand up to "dry off" quite a few times. Quite embarrassing!
