This is not exactly the same but I have a cousin whose girlfriend was pregnant and went into labour and NOBODY knew she was pregnant at all. She was a large girl and everyone just thought she was getting fatter until one day the girls parents rang him at his parents house and said "J is in labour so you better get to the hospital' - his parents almost died!!
