Default US prenatal vitamins.....ok to use?

    Hiya,
Ran out of my Blackmore pregnancy vitamins whilst in the US so had to buy some of theirs......I asked the pharmacist about them and gave her my empty bottle to check out if the US had the same dosages etc. but they're pretty different.....used them for perhaps two weeks and then bought some Aussie ones when back home.
Can anyone tell me the important staple vitamins/minerals I need and their RDA
    US had amounts like:
    Folic acid: 1mg
Vit A: 1500 IU or equivalent to 450mcg
    Vit E: 30mg
    Vit C: 100mg
    Vit B1: 3mg
    Vit B2: 3.4mg
    Zinc: 25mg
    Calcium: 250mg
    Magnesium: 50mg
    Copper: 2mg
    Magnesium: 50mg
    Iodine: 0.15mg

I didn't see any deformed or crazy sized babies in the US, but just thought I'd check if they had the same vitamin standards as Oz....

Thanks for that. Considering my love of milo I shall chuck the vitamins...if I'm going to have too much Vit A I'd rather it came from something yum!
And since I'm online...I may as well vent! My friend just had a baby (yay) but they've called it what we were going to call ours! Argh! Oh well. Life goes on and at least our good taste in names has been confirmed!
