    Walking

I went for an hour long walk yesterday with my grandmother (Mormor). We took it fairly easy, but it was the first time I'd done any proper exercise for a while. I was fine for the first half an hour, and then I started feeling a little bit sore where bubs would be sitting. We kept going, and I wasn't in any pain, mainly just a little uncomfortable.
Then, for the rest of the day I felt sore/discomfort there when I would change positions, especially from sitting to standing. No sharp pain, it kind of felt like I had sore muscles like after doing sit ups, except lower down.

Is this normal? Not too worried, cause I wasn't in any pain and it seems to have settled down after a night's rest, but it was just a bit unexpected.

    Hi there,

I did the same as you. I did a 6 k walk yesterday and am super sore today much sorer than I should be. I called my midwife and she said it if probably the relaxin making all the joints more flexible and therefore more sore. I have rested up today and feel a lot better. Also I iced the sore muscles.

I hope you feel better soon

Yep I feel the same if I am spending too much time on my feet. My tummy aches. Its just round ligament pain. I wear a tummy tube now that I got from the underwear section at David Jones and it helps me get through the day. Can't live without it now. Maybe you could invest in one of those to help.
