Weight gain

At 20 weeks I had put on 10kg both times and more than another 10kg by full term. I lost all of the weight within the first yr first time around and still have 5kg to lose second time around. I dreaded the weight gain but I ate well and couldn't control it.

at my last check up which was 21 weeks id put on 8kg and being a bigger lady already it isnt good grrrr
