With DS i felt him at 16w. It was like fluttering in my tummy. With #2 i felt this baby at 15 weeks. Im 17w now and it goes from little taps, to like tickling me from the inside. Cheeky baby i think! I cant wait for harder kicks!

Does it make a difference if you were overweight before you got pregnant as to how soon you feel the baby move etc?
Mel, I'm a size 16 and it doesn't seem to have made a difference. I had movement before 15 wks (first time I've been this far along) and at 15 weeks I sneezed violently and had a definate response - lots of squiming around low down in pelvis.
I felt my first definite kick at 20 weeks 2 days. I was lying on the couch watching TV, and there was a very definite movement. Before then, I thought I hadn't felt movement, but I think I just didn't know what to expect. Thinking back, I probably felt some movement around 19 weeks. I'm just waiting to feel more and more movement now!
this bub of mine doesnt move much that i can feel and only noticed around the 21wk mark. i thought for my 4th i would feel it much earlier. with my other 3 i could feel them as early as 14 wks or less.
This is my first pregnancy. I started feeling flutters, very light flutters and movements from week 12!!! (yes truly!) I'm pretty in touch with my body from ttc for months so I guess that helped too.... I knew it was different to anything i'd ever experienced before.
And each week they got stronger and stronger.....
Hi everyone!
I have no idea what it is I'm feeling, and not pessamistic enough to think that bub is kicking yet, but I had a feeling today of butterflies - I said to my boss that I was feeling anxious without having any reason to be and I have felt my heartbeat almost pumping out of myself (if that makes any sense at all!!), because I pooh-poohed any thought of baby movement, thinking it was too early.
Any thoughts??
Thanks for all the ongoing support and advice,
Beck
In mi first pregnancy I felt my baby travelling from Estonia to Lituania... it was wonderfull!
I got to feel my 1st baby flutters last Friday morning.
Can't wait to feel a proper movement though.
I am 14 weeks and have started getting funny feelings like swooshing movements inside of me.. when it happens I feel a bit sick though... I'm wondering if it is baby moving?
ooooer looks like everyone is getting flutters too yay!
last week i got home early and when my partner got home i rushed to the door bouncing and v happy to see him - after that i felt some serious flat out movement ... like muscle flinches/ flutters for about 30 mins like the baby was super excited daddy was home too LOL. it was so lovely but after awhile it was like 'stop!' cos it's like nothing i'd ever felt before.
can't wait to get a proper kick that my partner can feel :)
belly rubs for all
Hi,
I was just saying to my Aunt this afternoon, I'm feeling butterflies in my tummy like I'm nervous or something and she said that was the baby moving .
WOW is all I can say. It's quite strange but nice too. Oh I'm 14w
Well right now im 18 weeks and 6 days preggo with #2. Last night I definately felt little tiny kicks. It reminded me of my first pg with my daughter who was a VERY active fetus!
I am definitely feeling kicks now, all the time hehe!
I am now 20 weeks and 1 day
I'm 13 weeks and I occasionally feel the little bubbles, a couple of times I've felt something harder, kind of like a muscle twitch, but I'm not too sure whether that's the baby moving or if it's something else.
Ladies, I'm 16 weeks 2 days, and am having an assortment of "feelings" as have you all. But I seem to be getting some quite high up where, I assume, my organs have all been pushed. Would this be a little foot perhaps, or is it more likely just to be organs and accumulated wind! Its most noticeable when I bend over or move in a certain way. I didn't think I would feel anything up high just yet, but just wondered if anyone else had had this sort of feeling. Its almost like a slippery feeling. If anyone could shed some light, I'd be most grateful. If it is baby movement, I'm all for getting excited. We've had three m/c prior to this pregnancy, so tend to be holding back a little.
Well I am only 15 weeks two days and I dont feel anything yet. To be honest Im kind of scared. It hasnt quite hit me yet that there really is a baby in there. So knowing that soon any day now I could feel something that makes it real is exciting but scary. I also cant wait to find out the sex.....
18 for flutter
22 weeks for kicks
It's such a weird feeling. But I am feeling my first movements today. I am just on 17 weeks. DEFINITE movement :)I thought I felt something this morning and didn't know if perhaps it was digestion ( becasue I've been quite constipated lately ) or if it was the baby but it's definitely baby and he or she is doing somersaults!
Anne's baby stared kicking at 17 weeks 4 days:D:clap::dance:

Hi there!

This pregnancy I have felt movement at around week 10/11, "flutters".
She started "kicks" "somersaults" etc around week 15/16.
Am now in week 20 and she is very noticeable! lol
Hi.
This is my first pregnancy and I am currently 23 weeks pregnant. Being my first pregnancy, I cant say I'm too sure when I first felt my little boy kick, I think it may have been about 17 or 18 weeks. But now I can be laying on the couch looking at my beautiful belly and i can see him moving. It seems to be like a pulse in a throbbing vein. But it's the most amazing feeling ever. Also, I'm not showing too much, my belly just looks a little bit swollen.
I have a friend who is 3 days behind me in her pregnancy, it's also her first pregnancy and with a little boy too. She has told me that she felt him move from very early in the pregnancy, and she also looks like she's at full term.
It's amazing how everything can vary from person to person in every pregnancy =)
23 weeks here ;) ... and DP got to feel bub kick at 25weeks (the night before my 40th birthday ... was lovely as gave him something wonderful to talk about at my birthday party) :D ... This was our 1st baby !!!
All day no kicking but then come night time between 11 to 11.15pm she would kick like crazy ... yes, she is a night owl, LOL !!
Bubs started fluttering at about 15 weeks but it's gotten a lot stronger in the last week, so week 18. We can actually feel it from the outside already and the movement stops and starts ALL day now. It actually tickles quite a bit!
I had my anatomy scan today and the sonographer confirmed my placenta is sitting at the back so he wasn't surprised at all that I could feel so much movement already (I'm little too so that possibly helps). It's the most amazing feeling and I break out in a big smile everytime I feel bubs moving around.
First pregnancy, im 17 weeks almost...and im yet to feel bubs movement...
is all okay?
I'm 17 weeks tomorrow and I haven't felt movement yet either... worried now that all of you felt it so early
 finally my little girl kicked me yesterday so 18 weeks 6 days .
Still waiting..... C'mon Bub
(18 weeks and 4 days)
I felt my first very subtle flutters last night at 10 1/2 weeks.
I've heard that IVF ladies can sometimes identify them early because we're used to reading our bodies and all the symptoms they throw at us.
So I might sound crazy, but there were definite flutters going on last night, and again this evening whilst I was lying down. :cheer:
I felt first flutters / crawley feeling around 11-12 weeks down real low when I laid on my tummy at night.
My ob looked at me funny when I told her at my 15 week appt but when I described it, agreed it was probably baby.
Feeling movements most days now, it's now feels like a bit of a muscle twitch, faint but there usually on my right side so figure I feel it more when it's laying across my belly :) can't wait for the bigger movements so DH can share.
With DD I first felt the bubbly feeling around 15-16 weeks, but DH couldn't feel anything on the outside until around 22 weeks (ish)
This time around I first felt light kicking (no flutters this time!) at 13+4 and DH felt the kicks on the outside at 16 weeks! This is one very active little bubba!!! :)
still waiting. (21 weeks 5 days)
i have had issues with a strained tummy muscle and possibly pelvis instability, so get a lot of pain in the area. could this be stopping me from feeling more subtle bub movements?
when do they start to worry if you still can't feel anything?
This is my first and I felt flutters around the 15 week mark. Am now at 23 weeks and 3 days and am having full on kicks!
I felt my first real kick when I was 16w6d during my acupuncture session. It was really cute.
Now getting full blown tummy movements and little waves and ripples on my tummy when she is moving around.
3am seems to be her most active time!!

With my first bub it was probably closer to 20 weeks before I felt definite flutters and kicks.
With my 2nd bub it was more like 15 weeks but its likely that I just recognised what they were earlier as I knew what to look out for.
With this little fella (Baby #3) I've felt movement from 13 weeks!!
Baby #1 - 15 weeks
Baby #2 - 14 weeks
(and I love every nudge, flutter and boot)
i am a lil nervous because i felt lil flutters at the start of my 14th week then towards the end of the week i was feeling definate kicks (i am 15 weeks 2 days now) could they have my due date wrong or could they have missed a second baby at my 6 week ultrasound. i'm not sure whats going on but i feel something was missed at my first ultrasound & everyone keeps telling me i could be having twins by how big i am already, has anyone else had this?
With Annabelle I felt her at 14wks but with Lucy it was about 15wks:)
