worry wort about first hospital doctor appointment

i know im the biggest ever worrier(think its fear of unknown)but i was wandering what to expect at my first doctor appointment at the hospital,my books say all different things!Ive had my first appointment with a midwife and she just asked questions and said this time will be different.I am at the redlands hospital.I just wandered is it true they will listen to the heartbeat and do a urine sample for diabetes or is that later?I am 15 weeks 3 days pregnant. Thanks guys!!I appreciate any feedback!

The diabetes test isn't until about week 28. At most appointments I step on the scales, they do test my wee for pre eclempsia and test the blood pressure - pretty much thats it.

They may book you in for you 20 week scan

They may test your wee for protein, but some docs don't do that til later. They will probably listen for the heartbeat, take your BP & possibly measure your tummy. That's about it.
