28 weeks and so exhausted again!

I'm starting to feel a bit like I've entered the first trimester again. I'm struggling so much at work now and I feel terrible cause I just can't concentrate and I'm achieving nothing!

I know this is normal but I guess I just didn't expect to be plagued by it literally as soon as I entered the third trimester! I only have 5 weeks of work to go but I really wonder how I'll make it .... although the pay every fortnight is a damn good incentive

Anyone else feel this shattered around this time of your pregnancy? Am I just being slack or does work really become less of a priority about now too? I just feel like such a bludger, it's just not right.

Yep it hit me as well!

I think it is quite common to get tired in your third tri.

Hope you can find some time to put your feet up

Yep - same here - I feel so unproductive it isn't funny but I am really enjoying people picking up my printing, faxes etc for me cause they can't stand to see me in pain from trying to walk lol

Yes Yes Yes! I feel exhausted lately. I'm going to get my iron levels checked again just to rule it out but I have a feeling this tiredness will be here until the end now! Not long till you finish work Taurean and then you can rest lots!

ooh, me too. Almost as soon as I hit the third trimester I started to need naps again! Twice in the last month I have gotten the dates of meetings wrong, and am forgetting things I have said I will do for clients (bad look ).

I could honestly sleep for a good three hours each day if I had the time. Am finishing up at the end of 34 weeks, but boy - these next four weeks are going to be loooonggg...

Yes it has happened here too. I don't work either but do have a 3yr old LOL. I find no matter how much sleep/rest I get I still feel very tired and run down. Although I think my sleep isn't the best. Each time I have to roll over I wake. So I would think that doesn't help.

But it's all worth it in the end

So glad to hear I'm not alone and it's normal! I managed to have a productive day at work yesterday so I figure I'm off the hook for another week I've still got some sick leave up my sleave so I think I might take a day each week until I finish, just to break up the week and catch up on some sleep. I'm exhausted!!

Thanks for making me feel normal girls

How annoying is that!!! I never thought rolling over in bed would be such a drama. Between the extra weight, the terrible groin pain I get when I roll, the aching hips when I need to change position and then the repositioning of my 'pillow nest', I'm surprised I get any sleep at all to be honest!!

As you say though, I have no doubt it will all be worth it
