I agree, if your concerned you need to check it out..
It's meant to be 10 movements in 10 hours and even movements while in contractions, thats what the nurse told me anyways.
I also say drink ice cold water or even a warm bath, I found my dd would be Ian Thorpe in their once the gravity took hold of my body..
GL Hun, hope you get a fly kick soon!
I would try the cold drinks as the others said andif that doesnt get some strong mvts then call and see if you can have a quick check up - i did this and they picked up lots of mvts that i couldnt feel - but it is better to be reassured than worry about it. let us know how you go.
Yep go the sweet stuff. My doc says it is a good indication of how the sugar is being transferred from the placenta and how the baby is responding to it. But if you are worried please please don't wait just get to hospital or your OB.
Bub's movements did slow down for me in the last few weeks, not so much rolls and kicks, but many more prods. Sometimes I can watch my belly move but don't actually feel the movements cos they are so subtle. Maybe watch as well as feel, especially after a cold sweet drink like the others have suggested.
I would get it checked out though if you are worried. Nothing like peace of mind to make you enjoy these last few weeks. I remember a GF constantly saying her bubs had slowed down from about 33 weeks, and she had a perfectly healthy bub at 39 weeks.
Good luck hun! Your lil person is just getting a bit cramped that's all
