I'm going to "relax" on the recliner for the rest of the day in between pacing.. so that I'm sitting upright.. to help him into position and help gravity

Im loosing alot of mucous and a bit of blood.. so thats turned him off even more!!

Im just pacing around the house at the moment. walking around slowly seems to make them come quicker. so gonna try that for an hour or so.

DP and I are cleaning up the bedroom again and going to wash the sheets and hang them out cos its such a beautiful day!!

After we do that and I shower.. we might go for a walk down the block together.. then i know that if i need holding up he can do it :P
