Am i worrying too much??

I had a bleed the other day, and since there has been no bleeding and the dr is satisfied that everythings ok, but...I feel like something is not quite right, ethans h/b is fine and he is moving ok, its hard to explain but its just a feeling that wont go.

I have been getting some pains, really sharp that last about a minute, really low down in my pelvis area and my crotch too, that are on and off all day, when i mentioned this to the dr he really didnt say anything except, i need to rest and slow down (not that i've been doing much any way!!) Also i have had a constant ache in my lower back. Im getting b/h contractions quite often but they seem to be less intense than before. I have also seemed to have lost my belly a bit, strange way to put it but I have my belly button back!! 2 days ago it was flat you couldnt tell i had a belly button, now i have an inny again and my belly is small again.

Is all this normal for this stage of pregnancy? I know im probably being paranoid but i just wanted to be sure.
