I have been having weekly monitoring since last weeks appointment and the Amniotic Fluid around bubs measured at 13cm yet this week it measured at 12cm.
Should I be worried?
The lady that did the scan said if it dropped by 4cm or more then we should worry but I'm still abit concerned!!!
The doctor I saw today has requested the weekly monitoring and said that we will talk about an induction at next weeks appointment if bubs is still moving less than usual!
Has anyone ever been induced before their EDD?
What happened?
Could the reduction in Amniotic Fluid be a sign that labour isn't far off or is it a sign that something is wrong with bubs?
Hi,sorry ive just posted similar!!i just wanted to say,i know how you feel im going through the same thing,i dont know how they measure it but i was told mines at 8,ive been having regullar scans one a week for a few weeks now though as im measuring small too,now im having 2 a week,they told me also about induction and i could be induced monday,i dont know much about it myself but would also like to know.Hopefully everything works out ok for us both!!

Cyathea - I was admitted about 10 weeks ago now for threatened pre term labour but that settled and am now this far along! I hope bubs isn't to far off as it is getting super uncomfortable! I am drinking 4 X a 700ml bottle a day some times more, as well as eating chunks of ice!!!
