Any relief tips for those with engaged babies?

    Hello lovely people!

I need help! I have a wee bowling ball nestled firmly in my pelvis that apparently is my baby's head and I am in need of some comfort lol.

For those that have traversed this path before, what did you do to try and relieve some of the pressure, head-banging pain? I am thinking heat packs, warm showers?? I am not thinking clearly and need some tips

I can barely sit, stand, move, stay still...everything brings on waves of discomfort and her desire to move her head around on my cervix is a bit like this for me: ...i can no longer cross my legs 'cause her big phat head gets in the way

Also, being only 31 weeks did you guys try and particular positions to convince baby to not be so deep in the pelvis? i am thinking some sort of inversion stuff...just for a bit of relief ITMS...or is this too selfish and should i just suck it up for the next 9-11 weeks?

TIA...i wish some of you could see the way i am precariously perched on the edge of my chair right now bahahaha!

Nothing like that shooting pain up your middle when they headbutt your cervix! And that glorious feeling when you crouch down that something is bulging out your fanny! Good times

Hope she wriggles back out a bit and gives you a bit more comfort for the last few weeks xx

Swimming. When I was a whale I found more comfy in the water than on the land.

Arte: hahahaha! you have in a nutshell babe

Onyx: I think you might be on the money as i have my ultimate visions right now of a nice deep bath...which i dont have...no bath at all so swimming could be the best option...a bit of weightlessness on my poor ab and pelvic floor is muchly needed right now. i just wanna float around though like a sea otter on my back...minus the crab eating at the same time, can't imagine the public pool approving of that
