Anyone have dreams about their bub?

I would be interested to hear anyones dreams relating to their baby...or just strange pregnancy ones in general.
I dreamed about my last boy when I was 10 weeks pregnant with him, he was so handsome and in my dream he loved swimming, which all has come true. He looks almost identical to the boy I dreamed of (the boy in my dream was about 8 wheras Bailey is now 3).
Now I have had another dream that this baby is a boy with red hair who is born early cos the doctors in my dream wrap him in aluminium foil like he is a potato that still needs baking...lol but in my dream I know he is healthy and ok...bazaar

Lol pregnant dreams can be so funny! I remember when I was pg with DD1, having a dream that we'd brought her home from hospital safe and well, and there were so many well-wishers all throughout my house (even some in the bathroom, admiring the curtains?!), and I was getting stressed because I felt shy about BFing in front of all these people (most were middle-aged or elderly relatives and I was afraid of offending them with my boob lol), but even after DH insisted they give us privacy, they just kept wandering from room to room and admiring my new baby and in the end, poor DD1 ended up starving to death because nobody would leave me alone so I could feed her! Weird dream, I know, but it felt SO real. I found it funny that I had that dream before my 20-wk scan but just *knew* she was a girl (she was dressed in a pink Bonds wondersuit), it turned out to be true!

The next weird dream I had was a few days before I had an early m/c with my second pregnancy - I was in Woolworths buying Bonds Wondersuits in hunter green with white piping. I still assume the baby I lost was a little boy. I still don't know why I dreamed I was buying baby clothes at Woolies instead of Big W lol :/

I know there are other strange dreams I had while pregnant with DD1 and DD2, but those are the two that stick out in my mind! I hope your dream *doesn't* come true and this little one (red-headed or not, personally I think rangas are awesome!) stays put until he's properly baked! Best of luck to you

With my 4th pregnancy, I was dreaming of walking down the street holding hands of two toddlers. A week later I found out I was having twins.

I had a dream early in this pregnancy that I was looking at my child from behind. They were about 18 months old and had white blonde, whispy hair like my H had when hewas young. They turned around to face me and I realised it was a girl. Then I woke up. Haven't had anymore baby dreams though.

I had shocking dreams while I was pregnant with both DS & DD. I was never a stresshead throughout my pregnancies but the dreams I had were strange.

One dream I had was when I was pg with DS and I dreamt he was a really ugly baby and I was so embarrassed to show him to anyone! What a shocking start to motherhood I had I baked a gorgeous boy who is divine. So don't worry about your dream, they're not always right!

I've dreamt about my children so often i can tell you everything about them. (i've never been pg though)

My most vivid dream involved 3 children, plus 1 i knew about but wasn't there... but IRL DH had gotten up out of bed, and i didnt want to get up, so i went back to sleep..but was a light doze...and then i started dreaming that 3 children (2 girls) came in and jumped on my bed. I told them to come and snuggle for a bit cause i wasnt getting up just yet. DD1, DD2 and I ended up having a converstation. DD2 was complaining about how DD1 was being mean to her, I said she wasn't, it was just that DD1 was such a strong young woman, that it just seems she is being mean because she comes off so strong, and that its harder for DD2 because she had such a strong big heart, and was more emotional and sensitive. but DD1 was really just showing DD2 how much she cared and was protecting her.

They they when off at me for not spending enough time with DS1? (might have been 2) and i said he is just so content by himself i dont need to smother him.
there was another child in the room, but i dont know who or what sex it was...

DD1 has come to me a few times..

its so...reassuring and i get a real rush from these dreams. I cant wait to find out if they come true or not.

When pregnant with DD1 i had several bizarre dreams

    - after an extremely long and hard labor i gave birth to a piece of toast which a Dr then put butter and jam on and ate
    - i gave birth to a tamagotchi!?
    - gave birth to just a head of a chinese child that grew the other parts of its body when i fed it
    - gave birth to a normal healthy baby that shrunk everytime i fed her and i lost her when she got to the size of my little toe

i had some strange ones... DP thought i was mental lol
    had some scary ones too

cant quiet recall ones with ds1.
ds2 i had dreams from early that he was actualy triplets last christmas my cousin was at the family lunch the same tim we were, and his twins who are a few months younger then ds2 were dressed simmilar, checked tops and denim shorts and all had simmilar blonde hair, when they were running they all looke like triplets! (that was a bit freaky!)
with dd1, towards the end i had vivid dreams of her being a gorgeouse little boy, but being told we were having a girl, he was stuck in pink suits and blankies, it got to the point i got a couple of green suits, just in case!
with this one, ive had a couple, but they havent been to out there yet! (only half way, so we will see what comes!
