thread: Anything to delay labour?

    Anything to delay labour?

    Ok I know most women want to speed things along but i need #2 to stay put at least until Wednesday so someone is here to look after DD. Apart from trying to take it easy (yeah right with a 1 yr old!) and avoiding things like RLT, hot curries etc, any tips?????

    Id say try and stay as calm as you can, relax at home, watch telly, stuff like that.
    I want labour to be over with, although i have tried anything yet to speed it up.. might have to get a little frisky tonight!

    Mmm thanks guys. Kirsty - I need to take Lucie to the park or she goes nuts inside all day! Only about 3 blocks away so I take it sloooooooooooowwwwwwwly. How is your bump going?

    I want it all over now!!!!LOL! I've been having a rough trot these last 4 wks. My gallbladders playing up. Pity its been such a great pregnancy until now!

    Relaxing might not slow it down, maybe you should get uptight about something. It's possible that you're worried about going into labour before someone is there to look after Lucie that it won't happen anyway Good luck!
