So this morning I feel fine. No tightenings, back pain is gone. Will see if it comes back when I actually get up. Didn't get much rest, but that was due to DD practically sleeping on my face all night

It's just DDs way of making sure that you don't move = enforced bedrest bahahahaha

Hopefully it will settle down today xx I had a nice enough experience at the womens when i went in with TPL, but yeah, it was an eye opener on how much more secure I feel at home with people that know you and your baby and body ITMS. Let's keep ya baking

I had exactly the same thing happen to me just before i went into labour ...even the pooping myself, like you said there was no warning it just happened
Hope this isnt the start of an early labour for you....take care and keep an eye on things.

    Thinking of you xx

Argh I might be heading into the hospital today after all. It just happened again in the shower, no warning Poor but beautiful DH helped hose me down only a few cramps when it actually happened, nothing now. I feel a bit nauseous but I think that's from laughing and crying so hard just before. Midwife and doula know so I'm just playing it by ear and takin it easy. I have lunch reservations today, might need to cancel.

Haven't felt Amey move all morning She's likely just trolling me, and as soon as I worry too much she'll give me a big thump. Doing the old cold sweet drink and lie down trick, that should get her going, yeah?

You might not be noticing her against all the other cramps & things Hun. If your worried though I would pop into ED and just get checked out. No harm right?

Got her moving finally, had to get up and dance and then lie down lol. Feeling a bit crampy but I think it's more from being sick, maybe it is gastro again. I don't feel unwell in any other way, so who knows. Much better than yesterday though!

Yikes hun Hope things settle down for you soon. FWIW I have had diarrhea as an indicator for labour with both kids but it does sound more like gastro / food posioning.
Banana, Rice, Apple, Toast are supposed to be the best for an upset tummy. Hope it's better soon x

Like poop. Have gastro again. I had it like a month ago too. I've never been 'over' a pregnancy until this point. I'm really starting to hate it and feel totally broken down by it, I just want to meet my baby and not be in pain or sick again.

How did you go with the gastro? I've been getting this all the time whilst I've been pregnant. 3 times I've been hospitalised and put on the drip as they've said I'm dehydrated, but the 3 times I've gone into prem labour also.. Did this ease up for you or anyone else reading this OR are you still getting it??

    Argh! :(

It did ease up, but I now also get a lot of pre-labour that can definitely be described as rougher than normal BH's. today for example, DD headbutted my belly quite hard, which set off a whole lot of mini contractions. Called my midwife and I've been monitoring them and happily they're gone now. So yeah. I didn't realise when I first got gastro how dangerous it can be for pregnancy.
