    Baby has gone real inactive

How far along into the pregnancy do bubs slow down with movement ect the last 2 days my girl has been way less active than usual she still moves but more like shifting positions no kicking or disco dancing movements (as i call them) i am a little concerned but dont want to over react as she is moving just not as much.

I've always found after 30wks mine have really slowed down, as you said instead of kicks its more movements from them shifting positions.

If you're worried doesn't hurt to get looked over by someone

If you're the least bit worried, go and get checked out. God knows you have had enough stress with this pregnancy, if something is worrying you, get some reassurance as soon as you can

She is probably fine but go and get checked out just in case. It is better to be safe than sorry and it isn't over reacting at all.

I know how you feel. I was also feeling like bub had just stopped. What freaked me out more is
I had had a sundae from Hungry Jacks and had a nap... Soft serve is a sort of no-no... But I decided to risk it anyway... In the 2hrs since I woke up from my nap - nothing!! I've just tried drinking cold water and had an icy pole and to my relief, rolling !

Is there anyway you can eat an icypole or drink really strong really cold cordial?

Call the hospital if youre really concerned, please

I havent read the other posts, but maybe have a super cold glass of cordial or lemonade, the cold/ sweetness will wake them up. As you get towards the end they start to run out of room so the movement isnt as exaggerated If youre worried though go and see your GP.

Go get it checked. You can never be too careful! Keep in mind that sometimes babies have lazy days too. I noticed when it was really hot my bump was never as wriggly either. Won't hurt getting someone to check tho

chances are that your baby is just sleeping. Babies don't like having an ultrasound, so a scan will wake them up more than anything (not to mention reassure you). It's not worth worrying, go to the hospital and get checked out xx
