I know how you feel. I was also feeling like bub had just stopped. What freaked me out more is
I had had a sundae from Hungry Jacks and had a nap... Soft serve is a sort of no-no... But I decided to risk it anyway... In the 2hrs since I woke up from my nap - nothing!! I've just tried drinking cold water and had an icy pole and to my relief, rolling !

Is there anyway you can eat an icypole or drink really strong really cold cordial?

Call the hospital if youre really concerned, please

Drink a glass of ice water and if no kicks then please go to the hospital and get checked out. It's normal for kicks to slow down as baby gets bigger but if you are concerned about a change in movements then you really need to see your midwife.

Thanks ladies i have drank ice water and had a bowl of icecream and i have had rolling shifting movements but nothing real strong i am sitting here with DH waiting to see if we get anything to put our minds at rest little bugger is going to worry mummy right til the very end.

Please go down to your hospital and get it checked. It's better to feel like a doofus than wish you had gone to the hospital.
Babies' movements don't slow down at the end - that is an old wive's tale.

Hopefully bub's just being a bit cheeky, but I'd pop down and get it checked out. Might help you sleep if you can check everything's alright. xo
