sometimes it can indicate labor.. mine always started off with the exact same thing n when i got checked with dd just from that back pain i was 3 cm dialated..
have u lost ur plug or had any leaking fluid at all??
if u havent had any leaking fluid maybe try a hot bath or maybe a hot shower any is really good
if u are getting very uncomfortable maybe give ur birth unit a call n see if u can go in and maybe get them to look u ova..
as for the booby part thats normal u can actually have some leakage from early in preg.
