Glad that everything has settled down and that they have given you steriod shots JIC...hopefully you won't need them and bub will stay tucked up until FT.
Was it nefedapine they gave you? A little red tablet...that is the most common one for stopping prem labour.
It is great that your cervix is still long and closed.
Take it easy and try and put your feet up.

I was on nifedapine for weeks. It'll help.
Steriods hurt, but they're the best thing.

Sorry to hear of this Yas - the steroids are good news and also that your cervix is high and closed. Hopefully things settle down for you.

    Hugs.

Good to hear they stopped. I wonder if you might have irritable uterus? I had it with 3 of mine and from about 30 wks would have hours and hours and hours of strong regular contractions but thankfully no change to my cervix. It was always aggravated when i did too much so definitely take it easy and always go and get checked when it happens cos you never know when it might be the real thing or baby's in distress.

gee, i have no idea how a pregnant mum, with a three year, gets to "rest up", i hope i am wrong and you have wonderful friends and family, to take it in turns, caring for your 3yo, so you CAN rest up.

glad your bub is still cooking, that's wonderful news hon.

Thanks girls well, they started again last night at 6ish as well as secret back pain so I'm back in hossy. They stopped on thier own this time soon after hossy- I think my last one was at 9-10ish. I've been admitted, dunno what's going to happen. The doctor and midwife were *****es, I got so cranky. Anyway, I'll post an update tomorrow, I'm trying to go to sleep, but my back and tummy are killing me
Thankyou for the hugs and prayers, I really need them.
    Lots of love xxxx
