I'm not sure about belts, but a friend lent me her SRC pregnancy shorts, which support the lower belly. They're pretty expensive, but you can get them online and they resell on ebay quite well. The one I borrowed was a size S, but I'm probably a size M now. I've purchased the equivalent SRC Recovery Shorts for after bubs is born. This is our third baby and my first two babies were huge. I had a 5cm dram/separation in tummy muscles and I'm expecting something similar after this one's born. The recovery pants are like bike shorts and come up to about the ribs. Specially designed to give support to the perineum and tummy muscles post birth. They're not cheap, but I got mine on ebay (given they're only worn for about 6 weeks or so). I think you can get a rebate from your private health if you get a physio or GP to complete a form saying that you need them.
