Boobs, nipples... and all that other fun stuff

I've noticed in the last few days that my boobs are starting to feel heavier. Not sore or tender - but a little bigger (didn't think it was possible) and just heavier, if that makes sense. Anyone else finding this, or am I just weird?

Also, my nipples have been leaking here and there since I was 5 months, but now I'm noticing that it only seems to come out of my right nipple - never my left. I'm hoping this doesn't indicate that I'm going to have trouble with the milk coming in on that side????

i'm with you on the 'heavy' boob feeling. mine have gotten a a little bigger too...but i've also found my nipples (or rather the part around them...that starts with A...)is getting more dry skin, but its not ichy...i'd say its just your body getting a run up to the big avent!

as for leaking...have you tried to express small amounts of milk out of the left boob? at our birth classes our midwife said it was a good idea like to just get a drop out, and also roll the nipple between your thumb and pointer finger...but i've found myself that i dont always 'know' when i leak, because once or twice i've gone to pull fluff (from a towl) out of the nipple airea and little chunks of white come off with it. so i think maybe sometimes the leaks arent always notesable...

I was exactly the same when i was preggers! I thought I may have had an issue with one boob becuase it didn't leak and the other did! Turned out its completly normal and happens to a lot of people!
