    Hi All

All is well. I'm v tired, but fine.

BP shot up while being monitored but settled to 155/86ish eventually.

So they sent me home again.

    Ah, the joys.

I want to have this baby so I never have to see that hospital again LOL.

glad you are doing better. Must be extremely frustrating with your BP going up and down like that. Seems pointless to send you home after a couple of hours when it could be back up over 170 the very next. Hope everything goes well.

BP high again today at my clinic (had my 37 week clinic booked for today anyway). Doc said "go home and take some panadol. See you at your next clinic in 2 weeks."

Okay doc I get the point but don't talk to me like I'm stupid. I think after 23 years I know my own body by now.

Wow, the Dr seems to be pretty blaise (sp?) about it. Still, if you are worried just go to hossy.

I am well and truly sick of the place :-)

Good way to advocate home births...send women to hospital. The place is like a hearding yard.

I am grumpy and tired and crampy and going to bed. Up every 2 hours to wee last night and almost need a crane to get me out of bed...at least on BB there are plenty of ladies who feel exactly the same as I do!

    xx

Yeah, and if you cant get back to sleep after being up for the umteenth time during the night, you can always guarantee there will be someone on BB at anytime !!!!

I had high BP the first time I went to see my doc. He didn't say anything but I knew i was high. Next time I went in it was back down to 116/88 or something like that. I said "Thats much better" and he agreed - a little shocked I understood the numbers. He said he figured not to say anything in case it makes it worse as it could have just been related to the fact that he just handed me my blood test forms! LMAO. Probably was. Mine always spikes when you tell me I have to get a needle!

But your doc should be taking it a bit more seriously given how all over the place it is. The system is a horrible joke. No continuity and push you out the door as soon as. Just keep monitoring it. You know what too high is now. Don't let them ignore it.
