* Try acupuncture/moxabustion (traditional chinese medicine practitioner does this)
* Consider a breech vaginal birth
* Hire a doula
* Find a Bowen Therapist who has Bowtech experience
* Try an osteopath who can help make sure your pelvis is not twisted and in alignment
* Read 'breech birth woman wise' by Maggie Banks so breech birth doesn't seem like a complication or medical emergency
When mum had me, I was breech. I was born 9 days post dates. I was breech until 8 days post dates then decided to flip head down. If I was born in 2008 I would have been born, by c/s @ 38 weeks. That's over 3 weeks earlier than I was ready for.
