    I loved doing calmbirth for my second child. It was/has been an amazing experience and complements well with yoga techniques and philosophy (power to the calm breath etc etc).

    Feel free to read my DD2s birth story (it has a link in my signature!)...i mention the calmbirthing stuff in there

    P.S. what i loved most about doing the classes was the information on how the body works together during labour and birth: this is information that proved invaluable and that was not readily available in other places.

    Thank you so much! i will check out your story and I will keep looking into the calm birthing experience. It certainly can't hurt to be armed with lots of mental tools

    We did Calmirth classes for Dd's birth and found it really helpful. Especially good for partners to know how to really support you during labour
