I am getting plenty of BH and some of them are quite strong, uncomfortable & will wake me up at night. They will often come regularly for about 2-4 hours & then stop...if they are coming irregularly they sometimes last longer. The longest so far has been about 8 hrs.
My second labour was 10 hours of very mild regular BH that eased into labour. So every time this starts up I think...could this be the time it goes to something more?
So far...no.
What I want to know is, can I 'work with them' to make them into something more?
Sometimes they come when I am moving, for example yesterday grocery shopping. Other times it's in bed & when I get up they stop.
So,should I keep moving or stay still... up to now I figure if it's labour they will just keep going no matter what..so I may as well go to bed or whatever & get some rest... but what if I kept moving & they kept going? Can I 'nudge' them into labour?
Can you rub clary sage oil into your belly? That is supposed to help I think.... or go um.. have lots of um.. fun in the bedroom (by yourself preferably).
A woman's orgasm is supposed to help tremendously at getting things started (its not always up to the men hehe)
So yeah - go at it - hammer and tongs love!!!! LOL
The night before I had R, I had lots of BH's. I did lots of stuff but I had acupuncture, went for a long walk, jumped on the trampoline (I'm not kidding!) and made DH have sex
Jasp - Your body is doing everything it should be for labour, albeit annoying at times. Not long now sweets. I knew my labour was close when the BH's weren't letting up even after resting.
