I did a search of Clary Sage and didn't see anything similiar for my query - but I apologise if its been asked a tonne of times!

I got some pure essential clary sage oil today and the woman in the shop told me it was okay to just put like 4-5 drops in a 50ml spritzer bottle with water and use like that. But the bottle itself and all the threads seem to talk about a carrier oil before rubbing into belly etc. So I'm a little unsure as what to do? Would water and just spraying it be okay? or would I need to get another oil?

I got EPO too today - starting it late but the closer I get to potential induction talk the more I want to try.
