Well went to obs yesterday and had a meltdown - he and m/w were really lovely. Was offer sleeping tabs again and said yes. Took one last night and feel a million times better today - so I think some of the nausea was down to simple fatigue. Hooray for a good nights sleep!

Oh fantastic. If you can't have a meltdown at full term, when can you have a meltdown hey.
Hope you have a wonderful restful night. xo

    a few possies

A couple to try for turning a posterior bubby
    - sitting backwards on a dining chair, leaning on the back
    - not sitting back into the couch
    - hands and knees, rocking in this pos can help too
    - walking up and down stairs sideways
