I wouldn't worry about the burgers, the meat is cooked recently (those places have time limits to maintain their food saftety and quaility) so it will be fine.

Niadella - you are right that the mixture would turn over quite quickly, but it's more about the machine than the mixture where the listeria risk lies. So I would still steer clear, but that's just me.
