Red face This could be a TMI...but where else can I ask?

OK, Warning, this may be a little TMI, but I thought, where else can I ask such for some feedback on such a (strange) pregnancy related thing?

The last couple of days when I've woken up, I've noticed, kind of like crystals, or more like that hard, dry sleep you get in your eyes, except that it's been on my nipple(s). Just two or three little "bits of sleep". I thought that was weird.

And then this morning, when I woke up, one nipple had "bits of sleep", but the other was a little wet - I'm leaking a little. Is this the coelestrum (sorry about the spelling), coming early?

I'm obviously clueless, b/c I thought some women start to leak a couple of weeks before baby is due, and this was one of the ways the body starts to prepare for birth. Does this mean that baby is going to come early? We're 33 and half weeks now.

    Any thoughts?

Yep, sounds to me like your boobies are gearing up! YAY!

No, doesn't necessarily mean you'll go early. I had colostrum from VERY early, before 20 weeks, and Jazz was born pretty much right on her due date

If the leaking becomes a problem, buy some cloth breast pads. The disposables are so uneconomical, considering the amount you'll leak makes it just damp enough to want to wear breast pads sometimes, but really buying a box of breast pads a week just for a teeny tiny bit of colostrum every now and then makes it so expensive!

yup, same as what leash said! be careful if you sleep in a bra or singlet when you go to take it off! I made the mistake of ripping my singlet off and it felt like I took my nipple with it!
I also had the lovely experience of DTD with DP, then when finshed we wer lying there peacefully and I was propped up on my arm, sorta squashing mu boob under it, when dp looked down and said"omg! what happened???" there was a dinnerplate sized wet patch under my breast and both were just dripping! that was at about 30wks.
    hehhe, its all good fun...
