Tanya, as the other women have said it can be a space issue. Your little one has more room thanks to her siblings! My fourth baby was like yours too. I had acupuncture, moxo, played the radio down near my hoo haa!!! And did lots of affirmations. She did turn in the end and stayed that way.
We really don't know why some babies like to be breach. Sometimes there is no reason to be found. Sometimes it's the position of the placenta, the length of the cord, mostly it's just 'cos! I hope she turns for you. Keep telling her that you would like her head down if that is a safe way for her to be born. Talking to our babies is important. And it does work!
As for the ligament pain. It could be her position that has eased it. That would be my guess. It's a shocker isn't it? So very painful... I am glad it has eased for you...
