    Thumbs down Cramping

I am over it!! I don't remember this much cramping with DD until the day I went into labour and then that night I realised it was actually contractions.

But this cramping is a PITA!! Whereas with early contractions you feel it for a short time then it goes away, this goes on for bloody ages. My belly goes all tight like BH and it hurts like strong period pain and it lasts for ages. Can't find any comfortable position, or get rid of it!! Been mostly worse the last week but today worse than usual.

And sometimes it seems to start it off when I try to lie down to rest or at night and the baby moves some weird way or something and I have a huge lump pressing out one side and then I can hardly get up to try and move it because I'm so freakin huge it feels like I'm going to snap a muscle right in half any way I try to get up.

And it's too hot for this!!!!!!!!!! So there's my whinge!! Feel free to join in!!

Either get out baby or just behave in there!!

Heaven it could actually be pre labour pains... Sometimes pregnancies are different..
If you are really in that much pain I think you should get checked out just to be sure

Hugs hun. I hope it settles down or turns in to the 'real thing' and you are holding your precious bub in your arms very soon. I really feel for you being preg in this heat. I have been heavily preg twice in summer, and it is horrid. xx

Yeah, DD and this baby's due dates are only a day apart so I have been this pregnant in summer in QLD twice now, what was I thinking LOL.

I don't think it's the beginning of anything coz it's been happening for a while but it's a PITA!! DD was 12 days overdue, this better not go on for that long, jeez!! Or at least it better be doing something so I don't have a stupidly long labour again!!

I think its your body preparing for labour (well, derr! ) and thats what i had with dd's pregnancy from 35wks onwards. Its all good; your body preparing for that vbac

I think labour will be much shorter for you 2nd time around....so the stats say anyway

Hmm...now I have a question. The baby was LOA for a while, and when I first wrote this post. Then it went to ROA for 4 or 5 days and I was trying to get it to move back. It did for a day and then went back to ROA yesterday, and now this morning it's back to LOA! Get all that?? lol.

Anyways, I've noticed on the days when it's ROA I don't get the cramps, but when it's back to LOA I have crampy days. Coincidence or not? Anyone know shy that would be? Just curious. Maybe because LOA is better for getting the baby to move down lower and start labour or something? Not sure, but I thought it was interesting.
