Cramps...

Hi guys,

I have been having the odd period pain type cramp over the past few weeks.... Any ideas???

Prob a dumb question... but I am not sure what it is... No bleeding or anything just the cramp... lasts for around 30 - 60 sec

i get the same thing,it feel exactly like AF pains in my stomach and back,im not sure what it is so would also like to find out.but they are prob Bh.

I had some of these yesterday and my ob said bh. So probably the same for you guys too, especially if you feel tightening at the same time.

I thought that BH would be more tightning and sharp (like what I felt when m/cing with 1st pg) you know more like contractions...

At least it's normal!

I get them period type pains everytime i get Braxton Hicks.

Hey Mel09 - I asked my OB this question she said the pains I had when I m/c the first time are the same as labour pains, BH is more like period pain and if they dont get longer and stronger and closer they are BH.
