Discharge question

This may be TMI but here goes, just this afternoon I have noticed that when I wipe after going to the toilet my discharge has like a brown colour in it usually it is either clear or yellow, has anyone else had this before?
TIA I should also mention there has been a bit of low cramping as well

Hi Brianna
There are a couple of things that could cause this. Probably the most common one is sex. At this time in your pregnancy the small blood vessels in your vagina have increased in number. The problem with this is that they are also easily damaged by sex. Another possible cause is that you are having a ‘show’. The ‘show’ can appear a few weeks before labour starts. Either way it is not a problem and the brown coloured discharge will probably be gone by tomorrow.

LOL I can tell you now it wasn't from sex, I even forget what that is lol it must have been part of the show and like you said it has gone away today. Thanks so much for the info it is greatly appreciated!!!!
