Unfortunately I am suffering some dizziness, although it has eased a bit this week.
I can get it at any time.....sometimes after I've done something strenious but sometimes I feel dizzy when I'm still laying down in bed.

I have discussed it with my ob and we have ruled out most of the usual things (iron level came back fine, I'm drinking plenty of water, blood pressure is OK when tested in the obs rooms, not getting headaches) and my ob wasn't overly concerned. Just one of those things that is par for the course for pregnancy.

Having said that I have found that sometimes I don't eat alot (I still have nausea most of the time and don't feel hungry) and if I up my food intake, especially at lunch time, it can be a bit better. Perhaps have a bit extra food and see if that helps?

My dizziness came on at about 30 weeks & none of the 'usual suspects' seemed to be the culprit... BP was nromal (ie not high or low) iron was a bit low but not enough to cause dizziness.. it would sometimes come on after i stood suddenly etc, but not always, sometimes for no apparent reason at all..

It was VERY uncomfortable, a little worrying... I'd suggest getting checked at least for your own peace of mind? I did & there was nothing to find, but knowing that everything was ok made me feel better.

The only solution they could offer was that i needed to 'take it easy' and I did ease up a bit... over the past couple of weeks it has gotten better & tbh I had forgotten all about it until I saw this post...

So yeah, more than likely all is well but it made me feel better to get checked out JIC.

Thanks everyone. I still have the dizziness a bit - not as bad as the other day though. I rang my ob and had my BP checked - normal - and I only had my haemoglobin levels checked a couple of weeks ago and they were fine. So it would seem like the normal culprits don't apply to me The only other thing we can think of is I have bad sinus ATM and maybe that could be contributing. Oh well, seeing the ob again on Monday so will have a chat to him about it and see what he says. In the meantime just trying to take it easy.....
