Also lying on your LHS when you get an episode can be the most comfy position. I find my baby in the last couple of weeks has been compressing my vena cava when I lie on my back or my RHS sometimes. It makes me feel dizzy and sick, so I roll onto my left and try to breathe very deeply.
I got dizzy at work yesterday and had to lie down, but we have a BP machine there. I measured my pressure and it was 85/50 which explained why I felt that way. I would advise you not to change positions suddenly as you pressure can drop.
i hope you do get some relief. It is amazing how many pregnancy symptoms one can get.
YES!! The room started spinning at about 8:30pm last night, but stopped. Haven't had it since and thankfully I was sitting down. If I hadn't been, I fear I would have fallen down!
Still getting dizzy but it does seem to be getting a little bit better.. which as much as I hate to admit it, could be because I am now 'taking it easier' (not that I have a lot of choice!)
There is still dizziness for obvious reasons like when I turn too quickly etc but the random 'no apparent reason' dizziness is getting better... maybe just something I'll have to live with for the next few weeks
Ooh, that is an interesting thought!
I do have trouble with my neck a bit, I'm sure it's out of whack and I get a lot of tension headaches arising from my neck & shoulders. I'm not aware of it being any worse atm, but I think it's never really 'right', kwim? I wonder who would be best to see re that - chiro physio or osteo?
