but yeah, maybe need to start resting a bit more :/ and my workouts usually have some good cardio and toning exercises, end up pretty sweaty afterwards so it's not exactly yoga lol it's just really hard to figure out what's ok and what's not! everything I've read and my doctors say I can keep exercising and it's good for you, so gets confusing. Am taking it easy today though, still feeling funny in the head so hopefully the rest helps. :/
~*MrsS*~: that sounds pretty similar to what's been happening to me actually! I got dizzy when I stood up a couple of times and my heart rate sometimes starts going faster when I'm just sitting doing nothing, but I've read that's most likely a normal thing when you're pregnant. But yeah, can understand why they would drive you nuts, it's a really awful feeling -_-
