Question Do I treat this nausea the same...??

Although the midwife was happy with this I am not impressed... I have been getting some mild nausea from time to time and I understand that some people get this as their bodies prepare for the birth. Do I treat this the same as I did for m/s?? I soooooo don't want to feel sick and yesterday I cried cos I just don't want to feel like that.

Hi, I found the ginger tablets that I bought in anticipation for MS were useful before I was pregnant on a couple of occasions when my tummy was unsettled and queasy. Maybe some ginger would help now?

Morning sickness can sometimes return right at the very end, Cass. You can treat it the same. Hugs to you and I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks guys. Loved it when the midwife decided to tell me that some woman vomit violently going into labour...I just went....DON'T SAY THAT!! lol. I feel better at night usually and it kinda comes and goes during the day. Oh well, not too much longer, hopefully this is as bad as it gets

Alan, it's so nice to hear things like that cos then I can train my mind to focus more on the positive - not as bad...mind over matter, it's a powerful thing. I have found that my appetite seems to have gone back to more like at the start - not as hungry, but all of a sudden NEED something otherwise I'll be sick. Then about an hour or so later, same routine.

Fletch hun, I hope this time you don't have to endure that...I REFUSE TO DAMMIT!! lol. I've found that after around 2ish I'm pretty good...maybe I should stay in bed til then?? I'll send you ANTI vomit vibes and ANTI nausea vibes if you send me the same!!

I've also had a return of nausea in the last few days, yesterday I couldn't stand the smell of meat cooking and was gagging over the kitchen sink, but it's definitely not as bad as early m/s thank goodness! I find if I have small meals more often it helps, I think because my stomach is being pushed up and there's not as much room for food! It's not long for you to go now!

I had an awful time of nausea in the final weeks. The last two were full of nausea but I only vomited twice which was heaps better than my m/s. *hugs* almost there.

Christy, I remember you saying that you hadn't been feeling well. Today has been a fairly good day, but was so COMPLETELY exhausted instead. The trade offs we do to grow our little bundles huh!

    How's Jovie doing??
