I had something very similar around 30 weeks and my OB told me it was pre-labour pains. They came and went right up until full term, along with BHs.

Wow really!? Geez I'm only 27 weeks, I don't want no pre-labour yet lol! Thanks for replying It's not comfortable at all. Being reminded of AF when pregnant is just plain weird!
