Her body is doing such a fantastic job of warming up for the big moment....... very tiring and trying but in the words of a wise BB woman....it's a marathon not a sprint race. She may find when bub and her body are ready that she dilates fairly quickly, all of this warm up is the best thing for her. I personally wouldn't want to be induced or have any intervention at this point, but I'm not in her body or headspace, so I can't give the answer for her. Her body certainly sounds on the right track though and doing what it needs to.

Is there anything that could be holding her back from really letting go? Talking about any fears or worries? I had 5 days of fairly consistent pre and early labour and it was exhausting, but on that 5th day, late that afternoon, things just geared up, I had a big emotional breakdown, faced my fears, and bub was in my arms not long after. Looking back I realise my body did an amazing job of preparing itself for the birth.

Hope all goes well, can't wait to hear her bub has arrived.

I hope it's really soon for her and with any luck she's already off to a great start and things will happen quickly once it does get going.
Sometimes there's a good reason why labour goes this way - especially if baby is in a bad position or something like that. Her body and baby may be working together to get things just right so it goes better for them both
