Well girls i'm heading off to the hospital first thing tomorrow morning to have this ECV and i am so nervous, scared and upset ..... i really really want to be one of these people who the procedure works for - i am so scared that it's not going to work and i will end up having to have a c/s.

Think i might spend the night in the shower doing half handstands, lol.

Good luck tomorrow, matey. And be careful tonight- you don't want to have to explain bruises on your head from trying to do handstands in the shower!

Westy - I didn't find it painful. Uncomfortable but not pain. I felt a bit bruised the next day - mainly because we tried so hard to get him to move but he was well stuck by his head. The feeling from the ventolin is weird - as is the floppy tummy But overall it is nothing compared to labour

Thinking of you and hoping for a successful outcome for you

    Hey Westy,

Good luck today hun, I also meant to ask, I noticed that you're in Brisbane and wondered what hospital you're getting this done at?

Best of luck today Westy - I really hope your cheeky bubba turns around. I have heard that turning the baby can be pretty successful it's not your first bubba. DD was breach and I tried everything but being my first they wouldn't attempt a turn. I also did handstands in the public pool and made DH use moxa sticks everyday on my little toes because I couldn't reach my feet anymore.
Handstands in the shower? - Now that's impressive!!!
I know how you're feeling about the c-section, after conceiving through IVF I really wanted to have DD naturally. I sat there crying in the ob rooms when she said she wanted me to have a c-section. It all worked out for the best as the cord was around her feet and it might have ended very badly had she been delivered naturally.
