ECV scheduled for monday morning... BUT

I am doing it without the turbutraline muscle relaxing drug they sometimes give you. This does make my chances slightly less of working but I can not take that drug with my anxiety. They told me it basically makes your heart race very fast and those types of feelings cause extreme EXTREME anxiety.

Would love to hear some ECV stories..especially without drugs..and especially successful ones!!!

I had a very easy successful one with Amelia, and apparently the drug thingie didn't even go into me properly :-/ I hardly felt any pain aside from a bit of discomfort, so that was nice

No advice as I haven't had one, but YAY on being 'allowed' to have one, I'm so glad.

As far as the muscle relaxing drugs, could you try meditating before and during? Focus on your breathing, sounds outside the room etc? Try be relax your body (and mind!) as much as you possibly can. Maybe try to include you visualising the baby is they they turn.

Yay! Glad you were about to find someone to do the ECV for you! Keeping everything crossed for you that it works and bubs spins accordingly!

After mine I lived sitting on my fitball to help encourage DD to stay head down
