Evening Primrose Oil - how much and when?

I tried 2 orally and 2 inserted for the last 4 weeks. I only did the inserted once tho...I ended up with a bit of a rather itchy reaction to the oil - worse itchy than thrush.
Didn't work for me, but always worth trying something that's safe for you and bub anyway
