I can't say that I have any experience with EPO, but I've been using probiotic capsules internally for a bit to treat very stubborn thrush that canasten didn't work on (never does with me, I'm really not sure why I bother), and was having a very similar situation to you. I suspect it's the vagina's reaction to having things up there that it thinks don't belong - create more fluid to flush it out. I could be wrong, however, but now that my thrush has gone and I've stopped using the probiotic capsules, things are back to normal again.
However, tell me more about the EPO... I'm in terrible pain this morning and would love to investigate all options to encourage this child out in a timely fashion rather than ending up somewhere over 40 weeks and facing an induction.
