FJ I'd like to think so but after thinking Caleb was going to come early and then he was 8 days past EDD I don't trust my feelings anymore

I had that with Jensen. I KNEW there was something wrong and that he needed to come NOW!! After begging to be induced he arrived with the cord wrapped around his neck several times!! Any longer and who knows he might not be here now.

TRUST your feelings but they may just come true!!

Well I think i have managed to shake that feeling.

I had my midwife appointment today. Bubs isn't engaged or anything so thats good (especially after being told I look as though I have dropped earlier in the day). The Ultrasound report came back with the normal date of the 4th of Nov (actually 3rd, but I like the 4th) but bubs has a big head. Hopefully he grows into it & it isn't TOO big come birthing day.
But also, bubs was sitting posterior today. Which im not surprised, it seems to be the prefered position of all my babies. Glenn was a big head & posterior at birth so Im not phased by that, I know I can do it.

Now I just need to focus on getting him sitting right, I know I can do it posterior but I also know it aint easy!

I would say definantly trust your instincts. It wouldnt hurt to be prepared early anyway. I saw OB on a Tuesday, bubs wasnt engaged and I went into labour with DD the next day 3 weeks early. My ob was suprised to see me. (posterior birth too!)
