Question Exercise - when is too much????

    Hi,

I'm just wondering how many people out there in their third trimester are still exercising???

I will be 37 weeks tomorrow.

I am walking everyday atleast 6 - 8 klm, and bike riding with my 5 year old probably every second day out at the mountainbike track.

I mostly feel ok whilst doing it.

The last few days I have been getting a bit sore in the Pelvis after my walk. Is it just my body loosening up?? or am i overdoing it?

I really enjoy my wakling its really just a bit of me time no DH and no DS.

    Any input would be appreciated

I think the key is listening to your body, if you're getting a little sore now maybe drop a km or so off and still if thats more comfortable?

Im not in my 3rd trimester but I will definitely be exercising when I am there!!

I think that you should just listen to your body. If you are a bit sore after your walk, make sure that you take it a bit more easy the next day so your body can recover.

Good on you for keeping the exercise up!!

i think walking and mild running is ok. Try to listen to your body. Relax if you feel something sore..
