I would be getting it checked out to be on the safe side. But I was told at certain times maybe later in the PG you get periods where the blood rushs to your uterus which can leave you feeling light headed etc. Not sure if I worded that right or not lol.

I did get checked out and he said that it was OK. He said if I get warning and feel like it's going to happen again to put my head in between my knees and let some blood go back to my head so it must have rushed to the uterus.
My blood pressure was OK and the bubba seemed very healthy and happy in there so all is well so far!
I faint a fair bit when pregnant. I used to faint when I was a teenager too. No reason the doctors have ever been able to pinpoint. You definitely need to make them aware of the issue, just in case something else is going on, but apparantly it isn't all that uncommon either.
