    Feeling Anxious

Just need a place to put this down, but for some reason in the last day or so I've become really anxious. I am a worrier (normally calming thoughts and validating emotions and talking about things solves this), however I can't seem to shake this no matter what.

I can't really put my finger on what I'm worried about, but I'm finding I'm stressing about stupid things (like someone being rude on another forum) and worrying about it for no reason other than turning things over and over in my head and it's unsettling. I think maybe it's due to bubs impending birth that I'm fixating on random things?

Has anyone else had this issue close to birth? I'm ok with what is happening atm and have the possibility of induction or C/S on monday depending on the baby perhaps that is where this stress is coming from? I'm not being pressured into either of those, its due to BP and Cholestasis so that can't be it.

Gah so frustrating I just want to relax

Thanks for letting me Vent guys, appreciated it

I was a bit of a mess the last few weeks of my pregnancy, my head was not a nice place to be! I think for me it was that I knew everything was going to change, but I didn't quite know how, so I couldn't fully prepare (I like to prepare, lol).

I had an acupuncture session and bawled my way through it, then felt better. I was holding onto lots of tension but I didn't quite know how to let go of it!

Mmmm, I know I've been a lot more sensitive/out of sorts/irritable lately too. I don't know whether it's maybe just that it feels like everything's on hold just waiting for bub to make up their mind it's time or whether it's hormones or just plain old sick of waiting...

Hun, Do you remember I was where you are right now about 2 weeks ago?

Its normal to worry and be anxious and as long as there is nothing in particular to worry about then you can write it all down to hormones/impending birth etc.

Now I am going to stalk you and await your BA hun and I'm sure everything is normal

Seriously, go and have a massage or some acupuncture or do something positive for YOU so you can focus on that.

Thinking of you and excited for you too
