I totally understand how your feeling and I still have 10.5wks to go - I got to 41+3 with DS when I was induced and he didn't arrive until 41+5 after an emergency c-section when he got stuck (he has a big round boof head, the monster).

My DS was back to back, and this one is as well.
Have you had a look at the Spinning Babies website? Google it, and it will come up, has HEAPS of info, directions and ideas for getting bub to spin around to the anterior position, I'm trying some of them already and hoping that they'll work.
