A bigto you!
I am pg with my first so I can't imagine what it is like being pg with 3 kids! You're something else!! BUT I do know how you are feeling re- tiredness, back aches, tummy upsets and cramps. I had all of this really badly around 28 weeks and it has slowly subsided but is still hanging around. The tiredness seems to hang around no matter how long or little I sleep for. I have tried managing the back pain with a heat pack and panadol (my OB said it was safe for me to take, if you haven't already might be a good idea to find out if you can take anything to even dull the pain a little) and with the cramps I guess nothing will work!!
I hope things pick up for you... I am sure they will!!
Hugs,
Daniellec
